In order to benefit from trust on the doorstep, all deliveries will be made using Royal Mail Tracked 24. On rare occasions Baby Bundles ltd may also choose to use another courier company.

When your order has been despatched you should then receive an email from Baby Bundles ltd with your tracking number.

Royal Mail operates a “Leave in safe place” policy, so if you are not available to receive your delivery then please nominate a safe location to leave your parcel on the comments/notes section when you checkout and pay for your order. It would be advisable to choose a dry location during wet weather periods.

Items despatched Monday to Friday before 16:30 should arrive Next day. Items despatched Saturday before 12:00 should arrive the following Monday any items despatched after this will not arrive until the following Tuesday due to RM working directive.

On average, deliveries in the UK are currently taking 1 to 3 working days to get to you.
