How long does personalisation take?

Most personalised orders are handmade to order and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Can I send gifts directly to the recipient?

Yes — simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. All our gifts are beautifully wrapped and can include a personal message to the recipient.

Do you include pricing in gift orders?

No pricing information is included inside parcels.

Are your products handmade?

Many of our products are handmade and carefully prepared in the UK.

Are the wall lights battery powered?

You have the option of installing to your existing wiring or having the light unit converted to battery power. 2xAA batteries not included.

Can I request custom designs?

We’re always happy to discuss custom ideas where possible.

How long does delivery take?

Once your gift is prepared and despatched, delivery takes 1-2 days.
